Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Team Leader to guide multilingual support for customers across voice, chat, and email. You will set the standard for tone, follow-up, and issue resolution while working on-site with a diverse international team.

The role requires proficiency in Dutch and strong English, plus a hands-on leadership approach to coaching agents and ensuring quality across channels. Working hours rotate Mon-Sat 9-22, with an on-site work model.

Qualificações

• Comfortable communicating in Dutch at a professional level.
• Solid working English alongside Dutch.
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and email.
