Cross Border Talents in Portugal seeks a Dutch-speaking MedTech Customer Care specialist to join a multilingual BPO team providing high-quality support in Dutch.

You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensure accurate, professional, and empathetic assistance, and follow client guidelines. The role requires rotating shifts and offers a relocation package, paid initial training, and career development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Dutch fluency mandatory (native or C1/C2)
• EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for rotating shifts (Mon-Fri + occasional weekends)
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in Dutch
• Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic support
• Follow client guidelines and quality standards
• Escalate complex issues appropriately
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
