Workster in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to join a dynamic international team. You will handle Dutch customer inquiries by phone, email and chat for a well-known global brand in a modern office environment.

The role offers paid training, structured onboarding and career development opportunities within a multicultural setting. You will work full on-site with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, enjoying weekends off.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1-C2 level).
• Good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with product-related questions, orders, and general inquiries
• Deliver professional and solution-oriented support while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set deadlines
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments to resolve ongoing cases
• Maintain and update internal systems and customer records
• Ensure clear and professional communication at all times
