Workster is seeking a Dutch-speaking client support professional to join a fully remote team based in Portugal. You will provide expert support to an international brand in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1–C2).
• Good command of English.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and handling multiple tasks.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide client support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with product-related questions, orders, and inquiries.
