Job summary

CB Talents SP is hiring for an on-site Dutch-speaking customer support role in Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation support designed to make your move easier. You will join an international team and benefit from accommodation on arrival, plus a relocation and welcome bonus after milestones.

You will assist Dutch customers, provide practical troubleshooting, and handle inquiries across multiple channels. The position runs on rotating shifts from 09:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday, and requires EU work

Qualifications

• Fluent/native-level Dutch.
• Fluent English.
• Customer support experience is an advantage.

• €1,740 gross/month

• EU work eligibility or existing legal right to work in Bulgaria
