Job summary

Cbtalents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will support Dutch-speaking customers, respond to questions clearly, assist with account and product inquiries, and document interactions.

The role offers relocation support and a path into an international, multicultural environment. Relocation assistance and temporary accommodation are provided, with ongoing recruitment support through the relocation process.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills.
• Good command of English for customer interactions.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar.
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria or the European Union.
