CloserHire in Lisbon is seeking an on-site Dutch/English-speaking Customer Support agent for an inbound/outbound call focus within a fast-paced BPO. This six-month contract includes rotational shifts and relocation assistance for international candidates.

You'll handle customer and order issues, learn internal systems quickly, and contribute to a high-volume support project with a complex bonus and meal allowance. Start dates: 20 Aug or 3 Sept, with benefits including health insurance.

Qualificações

An on-site Customer Support role with the employer in Lisbon supporting the e-commerce support project project, focused on assisting users via inbound/outbound calls and resolving e-commerce platform-related issues within a fast-paced BPO environment.6-month contract with rotational Monday–Sunday shifts and relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.The client prefers candidates who have never worked for them before, so please do not submit any candidates who have previously worked for a global social media platform, regardless of LOB, BPO, or country.

Your Profile

What Is Offered

• Complexity bonus of €100
• Health insurance
• 7.63 per day net meal allowance
• We are offering a 2000€ Welcome Bonus. This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

Relocation

• Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent of €280, utitlies and bills included. discounted directly from payslip. Relocation wtihin PT: no accomodation !!!From 1st of December 2025 onwards, flight ticket reimbursement will no longer be provided.
