CloserHire in Lisbon is seeking an on-site Customer Support professional to assist users via inbound and outbound calls, resolving ecommerce platform issues in a fast-paced BPO setting. The role runs on a 6-month contract with rotating Monday-Sunday shifts and relocation support for abroad hires.

You will need native Flemish and strong English, comfort with learning systems quickly, and the ability to investigate order-related problems.

Qualificações

• Native/Fluent Flemish and good English (B2+) required.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Able to investigate and resolve order-related issues.
• Willing to rotate shifts in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist users via inbound/outbound calls and resolve ecommerce platform issues.
• Provide product and order support to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Document and escalate issues as needed to ensure quick resolution.

An on-site Customer Support role with the employer in Lisbon supporting the e-commerce support project project, focused on assisting users via inbound/outbound calls and resolving e-commerce platform-related issues within a fast-paced BPO environment.6-month contract with rotational Monday-Sunday shifts and relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.The client prefers candidates who have never worked for them before, so please do not submit any candidates who have previously worked for a global social media platform, regardless of LOB, BPO, or country.

Your Profile
