CloserHire in Lisbon is hiring for an on-site Customer Support role to assist users via inbound/outbound calls and resolve e-commerce platform issues within a fast-paced BPO environment. The 6-month contract includes rotational shifts and relocation support for candidates moving from abroad.

Requirements include native/fluent German and strong English (B2+), ability to handle calls, resolve issues, and learn systems quickly in a dynamic team setting.
