CloserHire in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Customer Support specialist to assist advertisers and partners via live chat and to troubleshoot platform issues. You'll document interactions using ticketing tools and escalate complex cases when needed.

Applicants should have fluent Dutch (C2) and strong English (B2), around 2.5 years in digital advertising or technical support, and enjoy a fast-paced, structured environment.

Your Role

• Supporting B2B clients (sales and advertisers) via live chat
• Troubleshooting platform-related issues and providing efficient resolutions
• Using ticketing tools to track, document, and manage customer interactions
• Escalating complex or technical cases as needed
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates
• Ensuring a high standard of service quality, responsiveness, and accuracy

Your Profile

Relocation

Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary.
