WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Porto, Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries in Dutch and English, delivering empathetic, solution-focused support across markets while navigating a 24/7 rotation.

The role offers €1,100 gross monthly, paid over 14 salaries, plus a daily food allowance and a welcome bonus paid during the first year. Accommodation support is available for relocating candidates.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (verbal and written)
• English at C1 level
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
• Ability to learn, retain and manage large information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Strong empathy and active listening skills
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Support more than one market when required
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally
• Prioritize tasks effectively and work with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every customer interaction
• Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment
