Job summary

CB Talents is recruiting for a Dutch-speaking customer support role based on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle Dutch-speaking customer inquiries, provide practical solutions, and support clients across multiple channels.

Relocation support and initial housing arrangements are provided, along with a relocation bonus. A welcoming package includes a €1,500 relocation and a €1,500 welcome bonus after milestones, with accommodation for up to 21 days on arrival.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native-level Dutch.
• Fluent English.
• Customer support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working on-site in Sofia.
• Available for rotating shifts between 09:00–22:00, Monday–Sunday.
• EU work eligibility or existing legal right to work in Bulgaria.

• Provide non-technical troubleshooting and practical solutions.
• Support customers across different communication channels.
