Job summary

CB Talents in Sofia, Bulgaria is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support professional to join an international team. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers, provide non-technical troubleshooting, and support inquiries across multiple channels while working on-site with rotating shifts from 09:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday.

Relocation support is provided, including accommodation upon arrival and monetary bonuses to help with the move and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native-level Dutch.
• Fluent English.
• Customer support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

• €1,740 gross/month
