Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist who speaks Dutch to join a multilingual, on-site service team. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email and chat, documenting interactions and guiding customers through solutions.

No prior customer service is required as full training is provided; you will receive ongoing coaching and a clear path for career progression within a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Dutch language proficiency and confident communication.
• Ability to work in a multilingual contact centre.

Responsabilidades
