Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Tech team. You will help users of a major digital platform with account and product support, handling inbound contacts via phone, chat, and email, and logging details in the internal system.

Day-to-day work requires confident Dutch communication and comfortable English usage. On-site role with full onboarding, coaching sessions, and clear career progression opportunities within the multilingual

Qualificações

• Dutch language proficiency is required.
