CloserHire is partnering with a global e-commerce client to hire a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator in Lisbon. You will review user-generated content, ensure compliance with platform policies, and maintain accuracy within defined latency and quality targets.

The role operates in a fast-paced, multicultural team with rotative shifts and full-time hours. Relocation support is provided for international candidates, plus private health insurance, meal and transport allowances.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Dutch and good command of English (B2) required.
• Experience in content moderation or similar area is an asset.

Where this job is

To be clear before you read further: the job is in Lisbon, Portugal, not in the Netherlands. You would be relocating. Most people we place have never lived abroad before, and the company covers the parts that usually stop people.

What the move covers

• Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside
• Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor. Reimbursement of flight ticket on the 6th month of work, up to 400EUR. Health
• Insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months

What you'll earn in Portugal

1100€ x 14

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.

The role

CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator for an exciting e-commerce project based in Lisbon. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural team, working in a fast-paced environment that values high standards of quality and compliance. As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that products and services meet quality and legal standards across a popular e-commerce platform. Your

Day to day that means review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics. Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures. Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes. Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks. Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week.

What you need

• Native-level fluency in Dutch and good command of English (B2 level minimum). Strong communication and decision-making skills. Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms. Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset. Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
