Job summary

The Lemon Consulting in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Content Moderator for an on-site, full-time 6 month contract. You will review content to ensure compliance with platform policies, SLAs, and safety guidelines, while applying policy updates and maintaining high quality.

Shift rotation is required, including weekends, with extensive training provided. Strong Dutch fluency and English (B2) are required, along with excellent communication and customer service skills, and an understanding of

Job description

Position: Content Moderator
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On-site 100%
Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract with possibility of extension)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products, services, and industry standards
• Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks
• Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines
• Adapted to policy updates, schedule changes, and followed standard operating procedures with consistency
• Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and local market insight
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices
• Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
• Ability to work in shift rotation (Monday - Sunday, 24/7)
• Strong customer service skills with empathy, effective communication, and balanced decision-making.
