Career Nest Academy in Lisbon is seeking a Back Office Customer Support Agent to join our multinational team. This role focuses on back-office operations, case management, and providing support for connected services, without phone duties.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and you must already reside in Lisbon with no relocation support. The position offers 1,400€ gross per month plus up to 100€ performance bonus; shifts run from 07:00 to 22:00.
