You will respond in Dutch and English, document events, and assist in 24/7 support if contracted. A healthcare-related degree and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Life science or healthcare related degree required.
• Strong written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Experience in customer service or call centre is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Provide approved responses to medical enquiries in Dutch and English.
• Identify, document and report adverse events and product quality complaints.
• Ensure enquiries are tracked and documented in the Medical Information database.
