PrimeVigilance is a global pharmacovigilance specialist focused on patient safety across development and post-marketing surveillance. We seek a Medical Information Associate fluent in Dutch to handle clinical inquiries and support the MI team.

You will provide Dutch and English responses, document adverse events, and participate in 24/7 support for contracted clients. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliant documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Life science/biomedical background required.
• Customer service or call centre experience preferred.
• Comfortable taking inquiries by phone.
• Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required.
• Strong time management, organization and multitasking with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication in English and Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Provide approved responses to medical inquiries in Dutch and English.
• Identify, document and report adverse events and other safety signals within timeframes.
• Ensure inquiries are tracked and fully documented in the Medical Information database.
• Participate in out-of-hours medical information service for 24/7 clients.
• Provide management with regular updates on project status and metrics.
• Assist in regulatory inspection readiness for pharmacovigilance systems.
