Job summary

We are looking for fluent Dutch and English speakers to join our Customer Service team in Porto.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken
• C1 level English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage stress and handle disputes or emergencies
• Active listening and empathy when resolving customer issues
• Ability to retain and manage large amounts of information

Experience in healthcare, technical support, or knowledge of diabetes/medical devices is a plus.
