CBTalents.org in Lisbon seeks a detail-oriented Back-Office Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English to join an international support team and handle back-office workflows for digital and connected services.

You will manage customer cases, investigate inquiries, and deliver high-quality support while coordinating across teams and maintaining precise documentation. Shifts run between 07:00 and 22:00 Lisbon time.

Qualificações

• Languages: Native or fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and strong working proficiency in English (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Back-office workflows and end-to-end case management.
• Process, investigate, and resolve user requests regarding digital/connected services.
• Coordinate cross-functional updates to ensure tickets are resolved within SLA targets.
• Maintain clear, professional communication and detailed documentation in internal systems.
