CBT in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a detail-oriented Back-Office Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English to join an international support team. This on-site role handles back-office workflows, customer cases, and high-quality support for digital services.

Responsibilities include end-to-end case management, ticket coordination, and precise documentation in internal systems. Local candidates with rotational shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch with C1/C2 proficiency and strong English (B2+) ability.
• Resident near Lisbon and legally eligible to work locally.
• Experience using digital ticketing/CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily back-office customer support tasks and end-to-end case management.
• Process, investigate, and resolve user requests for digital/connected services.
• Coordinate cross-functional updates to ensure tickets and files are resolved within SLA.
