Cityjoboffers in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer service expert for a leading coffee brand. You will assist customers by phone, email and chat, act as brand ambassador and deliver a high-quality experience while embracing the brand tone.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2), possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, and are willing to work in rotating shifts (7:00–19:00, Monday to Sunday).

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2) with strong communication skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
