Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver a friendly and efficient customer service experience via phone and email. The role supports inquiries, troubleshooting, and seller communications with the option to work remotely, on-site, or in a hybrid setup in Lisbon.

The successful candidate will join an international team based in Lisbon, benefiting from a flexible work model, relocation support, and comprehensive training.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2).
• Good working command of English (B2 or above).
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong empathy and attention to detail.
• Basic technical aptitude for software tools and customer service systems.
• Reliable home internet connection and a suitable remote workspace (for remote/hybrid applicants).
• Eligibility to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to customers' questions and concerns, providing clear, effective answers and solutions.
• Handle troubleshooting related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for external sellers, ensuring smooth and professional communication.
• Provide accurate and clear information regarding digital products.
• Escalate and reroute complex issues to the appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and support tools.
