Innopath Consulting Lda is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers on orders, accounts, products and services for a medical devices project. You will communicate by phone, email, chat and other digital channels, providing accurate, timely and personalised assistance to an international client base.

Required: fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residence, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive, organised mindset.

Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and a practical approach to finding solutions.
• Profile: Customer-oriented, proactive, organised, detail-focused, and willing to learn.
• Interest: Motivation to develop professionally within the Travel industry.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share relevant feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep your knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.
