BlueView Talent in Lisbon, Portugal, is looking for a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact across phone, email, chat and other channels, delivering professional, personalized support and helping customers resolve inquiries, orders, accounts, and product questions.

You will work in an international team, use your Dutch and English skills, stay updated on products, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast resolutions.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented and proactive mindset; travel industry interest.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:
