CB Talents is helping Bol.com recruit a Dutch Operations Customer Expert to support shoppers and external sellers in a fully remote role. You will assist online customers with orders, deliveries, payments, and product inquiries via phone and email, delivering friendly, top-tier troubleshooting and solutions.

We offer 100% remote work with flexible hours (part-time or full-time, Rotational shifts 07:00–23:00).

Qualificações

• High School Diploma.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
• Readiness to complete two quick online screening assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist online shoppers with orders, deliveries, payments, and product inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide friendly, top-tier troubleshooting and solutions to customer questions.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external platform sellers.
