Bcrecruitment in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator to help keep a global short-video platform safe. You will review content against platform policies in a fast-paced, on-site role with rotating 24/7 shifts.

Responsibilities include moderating user-generated content in Dutch, making quick, accurate decisions, and participating in training and wellbeing support. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Dutch (C2) and fluent English (B2+).
• Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Comfortable reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
• Flexible for rotating 24/7 shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch in line with platform policies
• Make accurate, consistent decisions within set time frames
• Follow quality and productivity targets
• Escalate unclear or high-risk cases
• Take part in ongoing training and well-being support
