Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Social Media Content Moderator for an on-site role. You will review Dutch-language content to maintain a safe online environment, including potentially distressing material.

Training is provided during onboarding, with a base salary and benefits described below. The position requires EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit, 40 hours per week, and rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualificações

• Dutch at C2 or native level required.
• English at least B2 level required.
• Experience in content moderation is an advantage.
• Willing to work rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Review Dutch-language content across videos, images, text, and live streams.
• Apply platform policies and community standards to content.
• Identify, classify, block, or remove content violating rules.
• Moderate posts, comments, reports, and appeals and document decisions.
• Collaborate with policy, compliance, and legal teams.
