Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Content Review & Analysis specialist to ensure user-generated content complies with policies and guidelines. You will review video, text, images, and audio, apply platform rules, and flag or remove non-compliant content.

• Native or near-native Dutch (C1/C2) with fluent working proficiency.

• Willingness to work in scheduled rotations including weekends, nights or holidays.

The Role

Content Review & Analysis:

Review user-generated content (video, text, images, and audio) in Dutch against platform policies, local guidelines, and community safety protocols.

Policy Enforcement:

Make sound, efficient decisions to approve, flag, or remove non-compliant content and elevate sensitive matters appropriately.

Digital Integrity & Safety:

Assist in identifying online trends, policy evasion tactics, or harmful behavior patterns to keep digital spaces safe and inclusive.

Maintain structured and accurate records of reviewed content and moderation outcomes using internal tracking tools.

Lisbon, Portugal .

Requirements

Language Skills:

Native or Near-Native proficiency in

Dutch (C1/C2)

with fluent working proficiency in
