Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Content Review & Analysis specialist to ensure user-generated content complies with policies and guidelines. You will review video, text, images, and audio, apply platform rules, and flag or remove non-compliant content.

Formación

Native or near-native Dutch (C1/C2) with fluent working proficiency.
EU/EEA Passport or valid Portuguese work/residence permit.
Strong emotional resilience, objectivity and sound judgment for sensitive content.
Critical thinking and ability to apply complex guidelines under operational metrics.
Willingness to work in scheduled rotations including weekends, nights or holidays.

Responsabilidades

Review user-generated content (video, text, images, audio) in Dutch against policies and guidelines.
Make decisions to approve, flag, or remove content and escalate as needed.
Identify online trends, policy evasion tactics, or harmful behavior patterns.
Maintain structured records of moderation outcomes using internal tools.
