Quadrante Group, part of Compass Group, is looking to strengthen its Transport Infrastructures unit by recruiting a Draftman for the Roads and Railways division, based at our Alfragide office in Portugal. This role involves producing precise engineering drawings, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and contributing to the evolution of drafting standards.

The position offers exposure to national and international projects.

Qualificações

• Experience drafting Roads and Railways projects.
• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Execute technical engineering drawings following defined standards.
• Prepare graphical or modelling bases to support activities.
• Verify coordination between disciplines in multidisciplinary projects.
• Contribute to development of drafting templates and procedures.

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Transport Infrastructures Business Unit by recruiting a Draftman for the Roads and Railways division, based at our Alfragide office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Execute technical engineering drawings, applying the company’s defined standards;
• Prepare graphical or modelling work bases to support engineering activities;
• Verify the coordination and compatibility between different disciplines in multidisciplinary projects;
• Contribute to the creation and development of production methods, templates, and procedures for the drafting/design area.

Profile:

• Minimum education level: high school diploma (a technical‑vocational course in design will be considered an asset);
• Experience in drafting Roads and Railways projects;
• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD;
• Strong capacity for work and adaptability to different project types;
• Focus on precision, critical thinking, and analytical skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and teamwork;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset).
