Quadrante is strengthening its Buildings Business Unit by hiring a Senior Architect for the Architecture department, based in our Lisbon office. You will work on national and international projects, contributing to design excellence and client satisfaction.

The role offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams, apply innovative methodologies, and participate in strategic initiatives that shape sustainable, economically optimized solutions.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client requests and participate in meetings to understand objectives.
• Develop and implement tools and methodologies to enhance performance.
• Support, guide, and mentor junior team members.
• Monitor and manage project processes with stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery within established timelines and budgets.

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Senior Architect for the Architecture department, based at our Lisbon office.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and effective responses to client requests; actively participate in meetings to understand client needs, concerns, and objectives, and propose appropriate solutions
• Develop and implement tools and methodologies to enhance both individual and team performance and productivity
• Support, guide, and mentor junior team members
• Monitor and manage project processes with all relevant stakeholders and authorities
• Ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets
• Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary project development, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations

Profile:

• Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong ability to adapt to a variety of project types and environments
• High level of autonomy, attention to detail, and strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
