Entrust is inviting a detail‑oriented Associate Document Operations Specialist to join the Document Operations team on a 12‑month FTC. You will onboard new document types, analyze performance, and ensure data accuracy while upholding privacy standards.

You'll collaborate with Coordinators and other stakeholders to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute document onboarding tasks from start to finish with accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding and document database management tasks.
• Label data from documents, including PII, following privacy rules.
• Analyze performance data and report findings to stakeholders.
• Test and validate document tooling; provide feedback to Product/Engineering.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date process documentation.
• Support second-line inquiries about document verification performance.
