Entrust is inviting a detail‑oriented Associate Document Operations Specialist to join the Document Operations team on a 12‑month FTC. You will onboard new document types, analyze performance, and ensure data accuracy while upholding privacy standards.

The Document Operations team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to help us scale and optimize document support processes.
As a Associate Document Operations Specialist (12 month FTC), you will take ownership of assigned tasks related to document onboarding and performance analysis. Working closely with Document Operations Coordinators, you’ll execute tasks that ensure new document types are properly integrated into our systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work with autonomy and wants to grow their technical and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
