Entrust is seeking an Associate Document Operations Specialist (12 month FTC) to manage document onboarding and performance analysis within our identity verification platform. You will work closely with Coordinators to ensure new document types integrate smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and uphold high data quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute document onboarding tasks from start to finish with accuracy.
• Handle document onboarding and database management tasks as assigned by Coordinators.
• Label identification document data, including PII, following strict security guidelines.
• Analyze document performance data and report findings to stakeholders.
• Test and validate document-related tooling with Product/Engineering teams.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes and outcomes.
• Support second-line inquiries related to document verification performance.
