TSL, a leading technical engineering and construction partner in Portugal, seeks a highly organised Document Controller to support large-scale projects across data centres, manufacturing and logistics facilities. You will ensure all technical, commercial and contractual documents are accurate, up-to-date, secure and accessible throughout the project lifecycle.

Working with Pre-Construction, Design and Construction teams, you will maintain document integrity, traceability and compliance,

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years' experience as a Document Controller on large construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with designers, engineers, project managers and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of document control workflows, procedures and QA/QC standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full document control across multiple projects, including drawings, specs, contracts and correspondence.
• Enforce version control, track submissions and approvals, and maintain accurate logs.
• Coordinate document flows with internal teams and external clients/subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, client standards and governance.
