Are you the person who makes sure every document is where it needs to be?
CTS Group is a fast-growing and dynamic company, specializing in the design and build of large-scale Data Centers across multiple countries, including Scandinavia, Europe, and the Middle East. We are rapidly expanding into other markets globally. In addition to D&B, we develop and produce digital systems tailored for the Data Center industry and standardized self-contained units.
We’re looking for an Electrical Engineering Document Controller to join our Electrical Engineering team in Lisbon.
This is a key coordination role for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with technical documentation in an engineering environment.
You’ll be responsible for keeping electrical engineering documentation accurate, organised, up to date and fully traceable, supporting engineers and project teams throughout the design and documentation process.
If you enjoy bringing structure to complex projects, keeping information under control and making sure teams always have access to the right version of the right document, this could be the opportunity for you.
What are we looking for?
Bring structure to complex engineering projects
Electrical engineering projects generate a significant amount of technical information — from drawings and calculations to reports, revisions, reviews and approvals.
Your role will be to help make sure that information remains structured, accessible and under control.
Working alongside the Electrical Engineering team, you’ll become an important link between the technical work being produced and the documentation systems that allow the project to move forward efficiently.
Your impact goes beyond administration
As an Electrical Engineering Document Controller, you’ll help create the information infrastructure that allows engineers and project teams to work effectively.
By maintaining accurate records, controlling revisions and ensuring document traceability, you’ll help reduce information gaps, avoid version-related issues and ensure that project stakeholders have access to the documentation they need.
Ready to bring structure to what comes next?
If you’re an organised and detail-oriented professional who enjoys technical environments, document management and keeping complex projects under control, we’d like to hear from you.
Join CTS Group and help keep the information behind our engineering projects moving in the right direction.
