Job summary

Everyday Dose is seeking a Senior Performance Creative Editor for a contract role. You will remotely manage cutting ads for Meta and Google, owning the first five seconds and iterating on what works using data-driven insights.

Join a results-focused team delivering 15–25 ads per month. You will work with AI tools, Premiere/DaVinci, After Effects, CapCut, Motion, and Frame.io to produce fast, effective direct-response content across Europe and Latin America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years cutting ads that ran on paid accounts.
• Familiar with direct-response ad formats and performance metrics.
• Experience using AI tools to generate variants and captions.

Responsibilities

• Cut paid ads for Meta and Google from scripts and angles.
• Own the hook and apply proven openers from data.
• Iterate winners and optimize existing creatives.
• Build variants that change one element at a time.
• Analyze results and present insights during reviews.
