Faurecia S.A. in Aveiro is seeking a PC&L Digital Trainee to support the digital transformation of Production Control & Logistics through developing and deploying digital tools and data-driven solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve data visibility, process efficiency, and decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with extensive hands-on opportunities in Supply Chain digitalisation and analytics.

Qualificações

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Digital Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, and Process Improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and digital business applications is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and optimisation of digital tools used within the PC&L department.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret logistics and production planning data to support operational decision-making.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Contribute to the automation and digitalisation of logistics and planning processes.
• Support data quality improvement initiatives and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Assist in the management and enhancement of ERP and other Supply Chain-related systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Production, IT, and Continuous Improvement teams on digital projects.
• Participate in Industry4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives related to Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Support end users in the adoption and effective use of digital tools and systems.
