Forvia is seeking a motivated Trainee to join our shared services team in Portugal. You will support Buyers with issue resolution and SAP Ariba setup, maintain master data, and help users navigate the P2P process while ensuring compliance with Faurecia purchasing procedures.

The role offers exposure to global procurement processes, training through Faurecia University resources, and a collaborative environment that values learning and high standards for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or degree in business/purchasing.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Knowledge of additional languages (French/Spanish/German) is a plus.
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
• Analytical mindset and data crunching ability.

Responsabilités

• Support Buyers in issues resolution and SAP Ariba/system setup (contracts, RFQ, invoicing).
• Maintain product and supplier master data.
• Assist users in day-to-day use of Ariba and explain the P2P process and rules.
• Ensure compliance with Faurecia purchasing procedures.
