Forvia is seeking a PC&L Digital Trainee in Portugal to support the digital transformation of Production Control & Logistics processes. You will help develop, optimize, and deploy digital tools and data-driven solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, gaining hands-on experience in Supply Chain digitalization, analytics, and continuous improvement within the automotive industry.

This internship offers collaboration with cross-functional teams, dashboards, KPIs, and ERP system

Qualificações

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Strong interest in Digital Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, and Process Improvement.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Python, VBA, or similar analytical tools is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with ERP systems and digital business applications is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and transform data into actionable insights.
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

Support the development and optimization of digital tools used within the PC&L department.
Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and production planning data to support operational decision-making.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
Contribute to the automation and digitalization of logistics and planning processes.
Support data quality improvement initiatives and ensure data accuracy across systems.
Assist in the management and enhancement of ERP and other Supply Chain-related systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and digital solutions.
Collaborate with Logistics, Production, IT, and Continuous Improvement teams on digital projects.
Participate in Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives related to Supply Chain and Logistics.
Support end users in the adoption and effective use of digital tools and systems.
