Forvia is seeking a PC&L Digital Trainee in Portugal to support the digital transformation of Production Control & Logistics processes. You will help develop, optimize, and deploy digital tools and data-driven solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, gaining hands-on experience in Supply Chain digitalization, analytics, and continuous improvement within the automotive industry.

Qualificações

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Digital Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, and Process Improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Python, VBA, or similar analytical tools is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and digital business applications is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and transform data into actionable insights.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and optimization of digital tools used within the PC&L department.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and production planning data to support operational decision-making.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Contribute to the automation and digitalization of logistics and planning processes.
• Support data quality improvement initiatives and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Assist in the management and enhancement of ERP and other Supply Chain-related systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Production, IT, and Continuous Improvement teams on digital projects.
• Participate in Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives related to Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Support end users in the adoption and effective use of digital tools and systems.
