CB Talents in Portugal seeks a Customer Service Specialist with strong digital advertising know-how to support and optimize performance on paid campaigns. You will leverage your background in Digital Marketing to assist brands and manage complex account queries.

The role requires experience in managing paid campaigns and a Marketing degree, with a path toward supporting AdTech platforms in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

Qualificações

• Must have proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a closely related field is required.
• Solid background in Digital Marketing and experience in a Contact Centre or support program for an AdTech company.
• Strong fluency in social media products and understanding of digital advertising ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level, solutions-oriented customer support for digital advertising and paid campaign platforms.
• Guide users through troubleshooting, optimization, and platform best practices.
• Analyze and resolve complex account and campaign queries using digital marketing expertise.
• Be a core support pillar in a fast-evolving, globally recognized tech ecosystem.
