Diaverum AB in Braga is seeking a Dialysis Support Worker (m/f) to join our Braga clinic, delivering patient-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers a monthly gross salary of €925, ongoing training and professional development opportunities, and integration into a multidisciplinary team. Employment contract and benefits are provided according to company policies.

Qualificações

• Healthcare assistant qualification or similar training preferred.
• Experience in healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons and nights).
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the nursing team in delivering patient care.
• Prepare and ensure proper conditions for treatment rooms and clinical activities.
• Assist and support patients during their time at the clinic.
• Ensure cleaning, disinfection and organisation of equipment and materials.
• Replenish and manage clinical supplies and consumables.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming and patient-centred environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the nursing team in delivering patient care;
• Prepare and ensure the proper conditions for treatment rooms and clinical activities;
• Assist and support patients throughout their time at the clinic;
• Ensure the cleaning, disinfection and organisation of clinical equipment and materials in accordance with established procedures;
• Replenish and manage clinical supplies and consumables required for daily operations;
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming and patient-centred environment.

Requirements:

• Healthcare Assistant qualification or similar healthcare-related training (preferred);
• Previous experience in healthcare settings;
• Availability to work rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons and nights);
• Team-oriented mindset;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
