Diaverum is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join their clinic in the Lisbon area. You will support the nursing team, prepare treatment rooms, and assist patients throughout their stay.

The role requires rotating shift availability and strong interpersonal skills. Employment is on a full-time basis with ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Healthcare Assistant qualification or similar training (preferred).
• Previous experience in healthcare settings.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons and nights).
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the nursing team in delivering patient care.
• Prepare and ensure the proper conditions for treatment rooms and clinical activities.
• Assist and support patients throughout their time at the clinic.
• Ensure the cleaning, disinfection and organisation of clinical equipment and materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Replenish and manage clinical supplies and consumables required for daily operations.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming and patient-centred environment.
