Diaverum in Almada, Portugal, is seeking a Nurse (m/f) to join our clinic. This permanent full-time role offers a monthly gross salary between €1,654 and €2,284, plus training and career progression.

You will provide nursing care across clinic settings, document interventions, and work in a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Fluency in Portuguese is required; English is preferred.

Qualificações

• Degree in Nursing and a valid professional nursing licence.
• Dialysis techniques experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese is required.
• English language skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care across the different clinical settings within the clinic.
• Ensure the implementation of quality and safety standards based on best clinical practice and evidence-based care.
• Accurately document nursing interventions in a timely manner.
• Promote patient and family empowerment, autonomy and adherence to treatment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training and professional development activities.
• Contribute to the organisation and management of the nursing team's workload and activities.
