Diaverum AB invites applications for a Nurse (m/f) at our Almada clinic in Portugal. The role involves providing nursing care across clinic settings and contributing to quality safety standards within a multidisciplinary team.

We offer a monthly gross salary of €1,654–€2,284, plus initial and ongoing training in dialysis techniques and clear career progression opportunities. Portuguese fluency and a nursing licence are required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Nursing and a valid professional nursing licence.
• With or without experience in dialysis techniques.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork, initiative and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care across the different clinical settings within the clinic.
• Ensure the implementation of quality and safety standards based on best clinical practice and evidence-based care.
• Accurately document nursing interventions in a timely manner.
• Promote patient and family empowerment, autonomy and adherence to treatment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training and professional development activities.
• Contribute to the organisation and management of the nursing team's workload and activities.
