Diaverum Algés clinic in Portugal is seeking a Dialysis Support Worker (m/f) to join our team. You will support the nursing staff, prepare treatment rooms, assist patients, and help maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.

This role requires healthcare assistant qualification or related training when possible, healthcare experience, and flexibility to work rotating shifts. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and benefit from ongoing training and company benefits.

Qualificações

• Healthcare assistant qualification or related training preferred.
• Experience in healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons and nights).
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the nursing team in delivering patient care.
• Prepare and ensure proper conditions for treatment rooms and clinical activities.
• Assist and support patients throughout their time at the clinic.
• Ensure cleaning, disinfection and organisation of clinical equipment and materials.
• Replenish and manage clinical supplies and consumables for daily operations.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming and patient-centred environment.
